Torta di Pasta 8 oz dried spaghetti 1/2 cup drained, oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 4 large eggs 3/4 cup grated parmesan 3/4 c grated fontina 1 t salt 1/2 t pepper 1 T butter 1 T olive oil 1 medium onion, diced 4 oz mushroom, diced 4 chicken anduille sausage, cut up (3/8 inch slices) Cook, cool spaghetti, toss with tomatoes sautee onion, mushroom, sausage whisk eggs, parmesan, fontina, salt, pepper mix in spaghetti, onion, mushroom, sausage preheat broiler (low) heat skillet on rangetop, heat oil, butter put mixture in oven-proof skillet, press to form even layer cook until the bottom is browned (3+ minutes) transfer to oven--broil til browned (5+ minutes) serve hot or cold, or cut up cold for appetizers
